With the luxury of new construction and the enjoyment of Gulf access, Hidden Harbor presents an ideal waterfront development in Fort Myers. A project of Stock Development, the new boating community is one of the last in the area that will be able to provide its residents this type of access. While a small number of homes are ready right now, several more should begin construction soon, with an entire community of new homes slated to be under construction by the end of 2018. Only about a dozen homes remain in Hidden Harbor, base priced starting in the $400,000s. Options include three- to four-bedroom homes, each with between 2,600 square feet to upwards of 2,900 square feet of living space. All homes come in Stock’s Contemporary Coastal design. Current new homes available include a 2,800 square foot residence, complete with a large kitchen, study, lanai and an outdoor living area. This space includes the option of an outdoor kitchen or a swimming pool and spa. Another choice is a 2,500 square feet home with a screened-in and covered lanai, a pool deck and spa, plus the option of an outdoor kitchen. The home’s study could be converted into a fourth bedroom in the home for added space. Along with the private luxuries of the homes, the community of Hidden Harbor additionally offers its residents access to a waterfront clubhouse, complete with a fitness center and a clubroom. There’s also a resort-style swimming pool available, a barbeque area and a fire pit, as well as open green space and a kayak launch. Residents of Hidden Harbor have the option of boating, canoeing or kayaking directly from their own personal boat docks. With Gulf access via Estero Bay and the Ten Mile Canal, residents may easily access the Great Calusa Blueway paddling trail.
