Hidden Harbor is Anchored in Waterfront Luxury

For the enjoyment of a true boating lifestyle in Southwest Florida, Hidden Harbor certainly lives up to the hype. The gated community is virtually anchored in waterfront luxury.

There are close to 80 homesites in Hidden Harbor, and around 50 of them have boat docks and direct water access, making it easy to reach Estero Bay and the Gulf via Ten Mile Canal. Many people choose Hidden Harbor for its boating access, and the community surely doesn’t disappoint.

Docks in the community can accommodate up to 26-foot vessels. There’s also a launch area for canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards to go on the Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail.

Staying a bit closer to home, the community also features a waterfront clubhouse with a large sundeck and a resort-style swimming pool. On the inside of the clubhouse, you’ll find a catering kitchen, a lounge, some club rooms, and a fitness center.

The homes of Hidden Harbor are generally large, estate-sized homes that were constructed in more recent years. It’s common to find homes in the community ranging from around 2,300 square feet of living space, to sometimes well upwards of 3,200 square feet of space.

Some of the largest homes currently on the market in Hidden Harbor are priced in the multi-million-dollar range. Along with private boat docks, you may find homes available with screened-in lanais, fire pits, and built-in grills.

You may also find fenced-in properties with private swimming pools and spas. In addition, some of the homes come with high ceilings, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

A product of Stock Development, Hidden Harbor is found in South Fort Myers. The community sits close to US Highway 41. This makes it easy to reach the airport, major shops and retailers, and more. The neighborhood is only about a half-hour away from area beaches by car.
