Hampton Park Offers Convenience and Family-Friendly Amenities

Desirable home designs are one thing, but added convenience and family-friendly amenities are also some of the biggest draws attracting new homebuyers to Hampton Park. This Fort Myers community consists of more than 500 single-family homes, as well as lakes and natural preserves.

As for some of the shared amenities, you’ll find a community clubhouse with an exercise room, a catering kitchen, a clubroom, and a lending library. You’ll also find a full-size basketball court, a playground, an outdoor pavilion, and a resort-style swimming pool in the community.

There are several clubs to join and social events to enjoy, plus the gated neighborhood offers easy access to 18-holes of golf at the private Gateway Golf & Country Club. Along with its golf course, the club features a half-dozen lighted tennis courts, plus Gateway is home to several parks and fitness trails that weave past the nature preserves, the golf course, and area lakes.

There’s even the nearby Gateway Dog Park for four-legged family members, which provides some fenced-in areas, plus there’s a nearby soccer complex with fields and a playground. Other options include some sand volleyball courts at a nearby park, and some picnic and grilling space.

The neighborhood has the advantage of being tucked away inside the larger Gateway community. This fast-growing area sits close to area parks, schools, recreation, and an executive business park.

The location is also just a short drive away from JetBlue Park. As for the homes of Hampton Park, they come in a variety of different floorplans for buyers to consider, with both single and two-story layouts.

Buyers can typically choose from homes with up to six-bedrooms and sometimes upwards of 4,000 square feet of living space. You’ll find the Hampton Park neighborhood between Colonial Boulevard and Daniels Parkway, which is just off I-75.
