Grandview High-rise Coming to Fort Myers Beach

A brand new high-rise is coming to Fort Myers Beach, the first condominium complex to go up in the area in several years. Renowned for its views of the beach, the Gulf and Estero Bay, Grandview at Bay Beach is slated for the extreme southern edge of Fort Myers Beach, offering an enviable waterfront lifestyle, combined with the convenience and luxury of a new construction, condo development. A project of London Bay Homes, the Waterside project is just a couple of miles away from Lovers Key State Park, popular for canoeing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, swimming and viewing wildlife, while also remaining a reasonable distance from nearby Naples and Sarasota.
