Reservations are now being accepted for one of the newest residential offerings at Bay Beach. Located within the gated Waterside neighborhood, Grandview at Bay Beach presents a brand new option in high-rise, luxury living to the region. When finished, the upscale residences will start at around 2,400 square feet of living space, with the option of three- to four-bedrooms plus a den. In addition, the homes will offer private elevator access, with nearly 60 private residences planned for the development. With construction planned to tip off this year, the homes of Grandview at Bay Beach will make up the first new condo tower on Fort Myers Beach in about a decade, and mark the completion of the final Waterside tower. The developer, London Bay Homes, already reports about a quarter of the units within Grandview are reserved. Each residence of Grandview will offer a sunrise terrace with glass handrails, with some screened-in terraces supplying sweeping views of the Gulf and the Bay. The six penthouse units will additionally supply high ceilings and a private two-car garage. Located only a couple of miles north of Lovers Key State Park, the high-rise will also sit close to the many dining, shopping and nightlife opportunities of Fort Myers Beach. In addition, deep water Gulf access will be granted via nearby marinas. Planned resort-style amenities of Grandview at Bay Beach include a fitness center, yoga studio and a second-level amenities floor. Known as “The El”, the floor will feature an outdoor bar and lanai, catering kitchen, green space and fire pits. An indoor clubroom will also feature a fireplace and bar. Other options for residents include access to the many amenities of Waterside, from the tennis courts and swimming pool to beach access, a fishing pier and the jogging and walking paths that wind throughout the property.
