Grandview at Bay Beach Taking Reservations

Reservations are now being accepted for one of the newest residential offerings at Bay Beach. Located within the gated Waterside neighborhood, Grandview at Bay Beach presents a brand new option in high-rise, luxury living to the region. When finished, the upscale residences will start at around 2,400 square feet of living space, with the option of three- to four-bedrooms plus a den. Each residence of Grandview will offer a sunrise terrace with glass handrails, with some screened-in terraces supplying sweeping views of the Gulf and the Bay. The six penthouse units will additionally supply high ceilings and a private two-car garage. Located only a couple of miles north of Lovers Key State Park, the high-rise will also sit close to the many dining, shopping and nightlife opportunities of Fort Myers Beach.
