A viewing center is now open for
Grandview at Bay Beach, where London Bay Homes just opened up sales for the new, multi-family development. This center is a place for visitors to see all that the promised 11-story tower will bring to the area, including video presentations and interactive displays of the tower’s planned amenities and luxury residences.
The final tower to be constructed within
Waterside at Bay Beach, Grandview plans for residences and penthouse units ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet in size, with the option of three-bedroom, three-bedroom plus a den or a four-bedroom floor plan. The half-dozen penthouse units will additionally provide high ceilings and a private, two-car garage with extra room for storage.
Planned to host just six residential units per floor, the contemporary design of the building extends to large and spacious units, offering sweeping views of the Gulf and Estero Bay. The screened-in sunset waterside terraces will prove ideal for outdoor dining, while the terraces will also feature some low-e glass walls, giving residents the feeling of a flowing floor plan that extends to the outdoors.
Named ‘The El,’ the tower’s amenities level sits on the second floor of the building, complete with a fitness center and catering kitchen, an oversized clubroom and two guest suites. Meanwhile, outdoor community space transcends from the resort-style swimming pool and spa to barbeque grills, fire pits, an elevated entertainment area and four lighted tennis courts.
Grandview at Bay Beach residents are also sure to delight in the planned addition of plentiful open outdoor space, with more than a mile of jogging and walking trails for outdoor recreation. As well, residents will also enjoy the varied amenities of Waterside, with beach access, a fishing pier, tennis courts and swimming pools, all tucked away on the southern edge of Fort Myers Beach.
