Grandview at Bay Beach Rising Quickly
Construction of the new Grandview at Bay Beach tower has now progressed to its 7th floor. The waterfront building will eventually rise 11-stories, with its first residents expected to move into the new development in spring of 2023.
The ultra-luxury building offers 58 residences, with units ranging in size from around 2,400 to 2,900 square feet plus terraces. The open concept floor plans include three- to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths.
Each home in the tower includes some dedicated garage parking and private elevator access. There are also a half-dozen, top-level penthouse units planned for the building, each of which includes its own private two-car garage.
Some of the Grandview at Bay Beach condos come with dens, while you will also find private terraces, gourmet kitchens with stone countertops and an open island. As well, the condos come with dining areas and great rooms.
The master suites includes a seating area overlooking the water, a spa-like bath and walk-in closets. As for the building’s shared amenities, future residents will be able to enjoy a fitness center, tennis courts, swimming and some guest suites.
The property’s amenity hub, dubbed The EL, features an indoor clubroom with a fireplace, kitchen and bar. You will also find an outdoor kitchen, some firepits and seating areas, and a raised spa.
Residents of Grandview will also be able to enjoy the many amenities of the larger, gated development of Waterside at Bay Beach, including its swimming pool and spa, a fishing pier and beach access. The property additionally offers some jogging and walking paths and nearby marinas for boating.
Located only about two miles from Lovers Key State Park, the location makes it easy to do some canoeing, paddle boarding or kayaking, too. Grandview is the first new tower to be built on Estero Island in more than a decade and the final building planned for Waterside at Bay Beach.
