Grandview at Bay Beach Construction Begins

Construction is now underway on the newest high-rise to come to Fort Myers Beach in about a decade. Grandview at Bay Beach will eventually bring an eleven-story tower to the very southern tip of Fort Myers Beach.
Offering up sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, the luxury high-rise eventually calls for the inclusion of 59 new luxury residences. All of the homes of Grandview will offer the upscale enjoyment of sunrise terraces and screened-in waterside terraces to capture the location’s fantastic views.
Options in Grandview range from around 2,400 to 2,900 square feet of livings space. The open floor plans allow for three- to four-bedrooms plus a den, along with up to 3.5-baths.
Buyers can also expect to find dedicated garage parking and private elevator access with the homes of Grandview. The top-floor penthouse units of the property will provide for even higher ceilings, along with a private two-car garage.
As for shared amenities, residents of Grandview have access to “The El”. The amenities hub rises from the first-floor lobby, complete with a club room, catering kitchen and outdoor living space.
There will also be fire pits with room for seating. Additional amenities range from the yoga studio to a fitness center. The property will also offer guest suites.
Part of the gated Waterside at Bay Beach neighborhood, residents of Grandview will additionally enjoy access to the greater amenities of a Waterside lifestyle. This includes tennis courts, a resort-style swimming pool and spa, a fishing pier, beach access, plus walking and jogging paths.
Grandview is located about two miles from Lovers Key State Park, with room for kayaking, canoeing, boating and more. The new construction building is also just a couple of minutes away from area beaches and from the many possibilities of downtown Fort Myers Beach.
