Prospective new condo owners at Fort Myers Beach are one step closer to enjoying a luxury lifestyle with news that reservations are now being accepted for
Grandview at Bay Beach. Plans call for the 11-story high-rise to eventually house 58 luxury residences, each including between 2,400 to 2,900 square feet of living space.
With three- to four bedrooms plus a den, the homes will also offer private elevator access. As well, each new unit within Grandview at Bay Beach will additionally provide a balcony and covered terrace.
In addition, the half-dozen penthouse units on the top level of the building will supply soaring ceilings, as well as sunrise and sunset lanais. Added to this, the penthouses will also include private parking garages with room for extra storage.
With pre-construction prices starting in the $900,000s, the individual units of Grandview will make up the final tower in the
Waterside at Bay Beach development. Residents are sure to enjoy the Estero Bay or Gulf views from the maser suites, as the tower rises up from the southern tip of
Fort Myers Beach.
The tower itself will also offer amenities including two guest suites, a fitness center and yoga studio. Meanwhile, a second-floor amenities level will supply a catering kitchen, several gathering spaces and a clubroom, along with an event lawn.
As well, residents of Grandview will also be able to enjoy the many other amenities of Waterside, from the tennis courts and jogging paths to the resort-style swimming pool, beach access and fishing pier.
A short distance from Lovers Key State Park, the tower will also be situated within close proximity to area beaches, restaurants, shops and local nightlife. Along with emerging as the final tower of Waterside,
Grandview at Bay Beach marks the first condominium tower built in Fort Myers Beach in about a decade.
