Golf and More at Copperleaf

With a seemingly endless supply of added amenities, enjoy golf and more at Copperleaf. This bundled golf course community is part of The Brooks in Estero.
Every homeowner in Copperleaf enjoys access to all of the club’s amenities. This includes an 18-hole championship golf course, originally designed by Gordon Lewis.
While the golf course is certainly part of the club’s appeal, it’s also home to a large clubhouse, complete with a fitness center, social rooms and dining options. You’ll also find a tennis center with lighted courts, bocce courts, plus a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
The club routinely hosts events like themed dinners, dances, socials and game nights. Other options include the more than 1.5-mile walking and biking loop, plus organized clubs like a fishing club that charters trips to the Gulf and the Back Bay.
Membership at The Commons Club is optional. This provides access to a private beach club on Little Hickory Island, plus a spa, a fitness center and private waterfront dining at The Rookery Bar & Grill.
The Copperleaf community also has the advantage of sitting close to a number of shops and restaurants in the area, including Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets. Coconut Park is found just adjacent to The Commons Club, complete with a basketball court and a playground.
The low-density community of Copperleaf offers your choice of hundreds of single-family homes and carriage homes, with one- and two-story possibilities. Many of the homes enjoy either golf course, preserve or lake views.
Floor plans in the community include a two-bedroom with a den or an optional third bedroom, offering around 1,700 square feet of living space. Some of the largest floor plans in the community, meanwhile, top 3,000 square feet of space, including four-bedrooms, a loft and a library. The homes also come with private lanais and other extras.
