From its attractive home prices to its location, there’s plenty to love about Gator Circle in Cape Coral. New home designs from DR Horton’s Express Homes division are now selling in the Northeast Cape Coral neighborhood.

Priced from the low $300,000s, Express Homes has several floorplans for single-family homes in the neighborhood available, typically ranging from around 1,300 square feet of living space to 1,800 square feet of living space. Most homes in the neighborhood sit on quarter-acre lots.

The Boardwalk floorplan is the smallest available design. It is a one-story home with three-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage. 

The slightly larger Freeport design has close to 1,500 square feet of space. It is also a one-story home with four-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage.

The largest floorplan is the Cali. It is priced starting in the mid $300,000s, with four-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage. It is additionally a one-story floorplan.

There are currently several different homes available for sale in the neighborhood, with varying square footage. Some of the new homes in the neighborhood that are currently under construction are expected to be completed by later this spring.

Homeowners in Gator Circle sit surrounded by freshwater canals, meaning plenty of space to kayak, fish, or boat. Located close to I-75 and Del Prado Boulevard, the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of possibilities of Downtown Fort Myers are simply a short distance away.

Along with an attractive price point, there are no HOA fees for residents of Gator Circle to consider. Funded by taxpayers, nearby Gator Circle Neighborhood Park provides a nice option for outdoor recreation close to the homes.
