Hertitage Cove

One good option is Heritage Cove. This gated, active adult community offers low-maintenance single-family homes, villas and condos. Residents of Heritage Cove are responsible for paying a quarterly master HOA fee, as well as a quarterly neighborhood fee for exterior maintenance, landscaping and lawncare.  

Amenities of Heritage Cove range from tennis and bocce ball courts to walking paths, horseshoe pits and a fitness room. Other options include shuffleboard courts and a resort-style swimming pool and spa. You’ll also find a range of social opportunities, from get-togethers to bingo nights.

Tortuga
