Fort Myers Buyers Face Inventory Shortage

Hard to believe, but we just don't have enough real estate inventory to satisfy the demand of all the buyers currently in the market here in Fort Myers.  In many of our gated communities, much of the realistically priced inventory has been snapped up by eager buyers.  Additionally, lower-priced single-family homes that are not in gated communities have been snapped up by investors and these are now filled with renters.  Former “Apprentice” contestant Katrina Campins discusses Florida inventory shortages in this video:
