Fleamasters Is A Fort Myers Tradition

fleamasters_sign Bargains galore!  The giant Fleamasters Fleamarket is a popular tradition in Fort Myers, whether you spend the day or weekend shopping.  There are more than 900 retail stores here, and a perfect place to buy Florida souvenirs, home décor, antiques and a vast array of collectibles.  There are hundreds of bargain-packed booths! Not just shopping at Fleamasters, there is also a hair salon, food stands, coffee shops, 20 restaurants and more. It’s a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for the whole family as well as out-of-town houseguests.  The Fleamarket is open year-round from 9 am to 5 pm Friday-Sunday.  Located on S.R. 82, it’s 1-¼ miles west of I-75 (exit 138) in Fort Myers, and a short drive from the beaches. Fleamasters has more than 400,000 square feet of shopping and is Southwest Florida’s first tourist stop.  There are farmer’s markets for free samples and to pick up produce for the week, jewelry and watch shops, an eclectic mix of kitchen products, clothing, shoes, bags, golf and tackleshops and more.  Fleamasters is a favorite shopping destination for bargain shoppers.  Now there are live music and entertainment shows at a new state-of-the-art Music Hall that was recently added.
