Excitement is certainly building about one of the newest neighborhoods to grace Cape Coral. Sunset Pointe is currently under development, transforming what was once just an empty field into a neighborhood filled with nearly 60 single-family homes and home sites to choose from. While tucked away on the end of busy Cape Coral Parkway, the gated community is quiet and peaceful, with lake views and admirable features throughout. While the neighborhood amenities are not as abundant as others in the area, Sunset Pointe does provide a picturesque lake and fountain, plus boasts lower homeowner’s association fees. Access to nearby fishing and boating is a real plus of buying within Sunset Pointe, as is the close proximity to numerous area shops, restaurants, golf courses and premiere beaches in the region.
