Excitement is certainly building about one of the newest neighborhoods to grace Cape Coral.
Sunset Pointe is currently under development, transforming what was once just an empty field into a neighborhood filled with nearly 60 single-family homes and home sites to choose from. While tucked away on the end of busy Cape Coral Parkway, the gated community is quiet and peaceful, with lake views and admirable features throughout.
This new neighborhood of DR Horton constructed homes already has a completed model with several spec homes under construction right now. With included lawn care and landscaping, Sunset Pointe offers homes ranging from a three-bedroom, two-bath priced starting at less than $300,000 to those in the mid to upper $300,000s. With seven floor plans to choose from, the home designs include 1,900 to 3,800 square feet of living space, coming in either one-story or two-story floor plans. Buyers are already lined up for some of the spec homes, with speculation that the entire neighborhood will be sold out by the middle of next year.
Common features of the homes within Sunset Pointe include the paver drives, three-car garages and tile roofs. As well, the homes also feature covered lanais for expanded outdoor living space and open floor plans, offering up the added convenience of living in a new construction home in one of the region’s most desirable areas.
While the neighborhood amenities are not as abundant as others in the area, Sunset Pointe does provide a picturesque lake and fountain, plus boasts lower homeowner’s association fees. Access to nearby fishing and boating is a real plus of buying within Sunset Pointe, as is the close proximity to numerous area shops, restaurants, golf courses and premiere beaches in the region. This Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood is found near the intersection of Cape Coral Parkway and Sands Boulevard. Here is a resource to learn more about
