Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club has won more than 130 awards, including #1 Community in the U.S. and #1 Clubhouse.  It is the only Florida community to win this many top awards by the National Association of Home Builders.  The awards represent a testimony to Miromar’s fine reputation.  The master-planned gated community features signature championship golf and 700 acres of freshwater lakes with beautiful white sandy beaches. Palm trees line the roadway to the main entrance through the community’s gates and past its circular fountain.  Past the gates, you will find a white sand beach and 700-acre Lake Como dotted with cabanas, water skiing and mouth-watering gorgeous beaches.  The freshwater lakes do not allow jet skis but many other diverse water sports, like swimming, boating, water skiing, kayak tours, paddle boarding lessons and a winter picnic on the water.  Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club feature luxury amenities of what you would expect to find at a 5-star resort set amid a tropical climate. The community is built in a Mediterranean style with fountains, iron gates, bridges, and buildings surrounded by meticulous landscaping.  The award-winning Clubhouse includes an upscale indoor restaurant, outdoor restaurant, and spa and fitness center that blends in with the waterfront.  A 50-seat theater with reclining leather seats is used for Superbowl and Wimbledon parties; lectures from Florida Gulf Coast University; Halloween and New Year’s Eve parties.
