The Estero community additionally provides a park area and a canoe launch for getting out on the water for fun and recreation, including access to the Gulf and Koreshan State Park, which is a good place to explore nature. In addition, the community has its own picnic area with a gazebo and a playground.

With less than 100 homes to choose from in Estates at Estero River, the low-density community provides your choice of single-story or two-story homes. Some of the homes come with private swimming pools.

Many of the homes in the community have at least three-bedrooms, although it’s not uncommon to find four-or even five-bedrooms with homes in Estates at Estero River. Some homes in the community include a bonus room for additional living space, as well as some nicely landscaped yards and properties for enjoying the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Southwest Florida.
