Esplanade Lake Club Maintains Its Own Lake Como

You’ve probably heard of the more infamous Lake Como, but did you know that Esplanade Lake Club in Fort Myers actually maintains its own Lake Como? This lakefront community offers homeowners a true resort experience.

The recreational lake makes it easy to enjoy a boating lifestyle close to home, as the homes of Esplanade Lake Club are positioned on a more than 350-acre lake with a kayak launch and community boat dock. As well, the development offers some dry storage and some private boat docks with certain homes.

The gated community also offers some lakeside cabanas, as well as waterfront walking trails for residents to enjoy. In addition, you’ll find a resort-style swimming pool and spa, a social center, and a fitness center.

Other options include a poolside restaurant, a private beach area, a fire pit and a playground for the younger crowd. Recreation extends to some sports courts too, including bocce ball, pickleball and tennis.

Pet owners are also sure to delight in the on-site pet parks. When complete, Esplanade Lake Club will welcome in around 650 new single-family homes and twin villas.
