Eagle Reserve Now Selling

New homes are now selling at Eagle Reserve in Fort Myers. This gated new community eventually calls for the inclusion of around 180 new single-family homes, with model homes from Pulte.

Options include Pulte designs ranging from around 1,500 square feet of living space to some homes with around 4,000 square feet of space. In all, buyers have a dozen different floor plans to choose from in the neighborhood.

Priced starting from the high $200,000s, the homes of Eagle Reserve come in both single- and two-story floor plans. A majority of designs offer at least three-bedrooms and a two-car garage, although some of the largest homes in Eagle Reserve provide space for up to six-bedrooms and up to a three-car garage, priced starting in the $400,000s.

New buyers can expect to find some flexible living space, along with open floor plans throughout the community. Some floor plans include a large second-story loft, while others make room for a formal dining room, a game room and a generous amount of desirable outdoor living and entertaining space.

Plans also call for the neighborhood of Eagle Reserve to include a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, a grilling area and a playground for the youngest residents of the community. The new neighborhood also invites a low-maintenance lifestyle.

While some of the homes of Eagle Reserve offer water views, there are also some preserve view homesites available in the community. You’ll find Eagle Reserve in Fort Myers, south of Colonial Boulevard. The new neighborhood sits a couple of miles to the west of I-75 and east of US 41.

This puts new buyers within a short drive of major retailers, restaurants and entertainment options in the area. This includes shopping malls and beaches, local golf courses, plus the fun and excitement of the Fort Myers River District.
