DR Horton Debuts Well-Appointed Homes in Coral Bay

Some new, well-appointed homes have just debuted in Coral Bay. The new DR Horton development is currently under construction in North Fort Myers, with homes priced starting from the low to mid $350,000 range.

The smallest floorplan from DR Horton in Coral Bay includes around 1,400 square feet of living space. This home features two-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage in a single-story layout.

The home supplies an open design with sliding glass doors leading from the living room out to a covered lanai. The home comes with quartz countertops, a walk-in pantry, and a large island in the kitchen.
