Discovering Gulf Harbour’s Most Desirable Neighborhoods

Living in Gulf Harbour means living surrounded by upscale amenities and luxuries. This more than 500-acre community not only borders the Caloosahatchee River, but it’s also packed with a variety of impressive home designs. There are nearly two dozen different communities to choose from in Gulf Harbour, making way for a variety of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos.

Edgewater

Edgewater is one of the most desirable, and also the largest single-family home community in Gulf Harbour. The gated community offers space for 199 homes, with some of the priciest homes situated along the riverfront. Many of the homes of Edgewater are large in size with private swimming pools and lanais, plus some amazing views, as area homes overlook not just the river but also sometimes the golf course and community lakes, too. Many of the homes of Edgewater are priced upwards of $1 million. Residents enjoy access to a deep-water marina, tennis courts, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and dining options.

Seaside Estates

Seaside Estates is another desirable community of large homes found in Gulf Harbour. The intimate community offers space for just 38 homes, in both single and two-story designs. Most of the homes in Seaside also come with their own swimming pools and overlook golf course and some water feature views. Residents also have access to the club’s many amenities, including the deep-water marina and swimming. Most of the homes of Seaside tend to sell for prices in the $1 million dollar range.

Admiral’s Isle

The gated community of Admiral’s Isle is even more exclusive, as there are only 11 homes to choose from in the entire community. Built in the early 2000s, most of the homes in Admiral’s Isle tend to offer four or five-bedrooms and a large amount of living space.  Some of the luxury homes that have recently sold in Admiral’s Isle have been priced in the $2 million range.
