Del Webb Oak Creek 55+ Community Coming to North Fort Myers
A brand new community for 55+ buyers is coming to North Fort Myers. Del Webb Oak Creek sits off Bayshore Road and its only about one-mile west of I-75.
New construction homes in the resort-like community are priced starting in the low $300,000s. Buyers will be able to choose from preserve or water views, with floor plans typically ranging from around 1,400 square feet of living space to more than 3,600 square feet of living space.
Owners will be able to help personalize the floor plans to better suit their individual lifestyle needs. Smart Home technology will also be incorporated into all homes at Del Webb Oak Creek.
While new construction is definitely an advantage for many homebuyers, the property’s resort-inspired lifestyle for the 55+ crowd is sure to attract buyers to consider Del Webb Oak Creek. Marketed to active adults, the community ties in upscale amenities with natural preserves, lakes and a gated environment.
The community amenity center offers a number of options for new buyers, including fitness classes, eight pickleball courts and three bocce ball courts. Other planned activities include social clubs and some future group outings.
As well, the new property plans for a resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes, a fire pit gathering area, and a spa. As well, you’ll soon find a bar and grill restaurant, plus more than 80 acres of lakes and nearly 100-acres of nature preserve.
The North Fort Myers location means living close to area grocery stores and major retailers. The site is also as short drive from cultural attractions, parks and some of the region’s best white sand beaches.
As well, Del Webb Oak Creek is close to public golf courses, marinas and the Caloosahatchee River. It’s expected the new community from Del Webb should open to residents by mid 2022.
