A brand new community for 55+ buyers is coming to North Fort Myers. Del Webb Oak Creek sits off Bayshore Road and its only about one-mile west of I-75. 

New construction homes in the resort-like community are priced starting in the low $300,000s. Buyers will be able to choose from preserve or water views, with floor plans typically ranging from around 1,400 square feet of living space to more than 3,600 square feet of living space.
