Daniels Corridor is Red Sox Country

With the opening this spring of JetBlue Park at the eastern end of Daniels Parkway, this section of Fort Myers is swarming with Red Sox Fans.  For those of you new to the area, Daniels Parkway is a major east-west thoroughfare in Fort Myers and runs from Imokolee Road (SR 82) to the Tamiami Trail (US-41).  For many visitors, Daniels Parkway was their first glimpse of Fort Myers when traveling from RSW Airport to our regions barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Like much of the Fort Myers, gated communities dominate the residential housing landscape along the Daniels Corridor.  This area popular with golfers and is home to some of our finest country club communities including Fiddlesticks Country Club and the The Club at Renaissance. Much of our new construction activity is occurring in the Daniels Corridor at gated communities including Paseo, Botanica Lakes, The Plantation and Bella Casa.  One of the more established communities and located directly adjacent to JetBlue Park is the master-planned Gateway community.
