Creekside Run Community Coming to Babcock Ranch

A new single-family neighborhood is coming to Babcock Ranch as construction moves forward on the new Creekside Run community. Creekside Run at Babcock Ranch will eventually feature close to 300 homes from Christopher Alan Homes.

This is the homebuilder’s first neighborhood in Babcock Ranch, which is considered one of the nation’s best-selling communities. As the country’s first solar-powered town, Babcock Ranch is essentially a large, master-planned community of homes, amenities, businesses, schools, and more.

The homes of Creekside Run are being built between two planned parks, and adjacent to Curry Creek Preserve, which is right along Curry Creek. The new, gated enclave of Babcock Ranch brings a number of exciting new floorplans to the greater community, with options typically ranging from around 1,400 square feet of living space to more than 2,600 square feet of space.

The 100-acre new community is part of Midtown, which is the second phase of development in Babcock Ranch. The location means living within a short walk of a village green, a future school, a planned mixed-use town center, and a half-dozen parks.

Trails and sidewalks will link up the new neighborhood to the many amenities of the greater community, including the Founder’s Square downtown area, swimming pools and playgrounds, pickleball courts, and multipurpose fields.

Younger students making a home in Creekside Run will be served by Babcock Neighborhood School and Babcock High School. The innovative development of Babcock Ranch features its own solar farm and solar tree charging stations.

Apart from Creekside Run, a new, active-adult community is also coming to Babcock Ranch with luxury villas and single-family homes from Toll Brothers. The two new communities join a number of other admirable new neighborhoods in Babcock, featuring executive, manor, and villa homes, as well as townhomes, coach homes, and single-family homes overlooking views of Lake Babcock.
