Coves of Estero Bay is a Hidden Gem

Tucked away behind a gated setting off Island Park Road, Coves of Estero Bay is a hidden gem for buyers searching in the Fort Myers area. More secluded than some other Fort Myers neighborhoods, Coves of Estero Bay also boasts low fees and relatively affordable home prices.

These new and newer construction homes are priced from the mid $400,000s, with some of the largest floorplans in the community commanding prices starting in the mid $500,000s. The single and two-story homes commonly offer three- to six-bedrooms, up to three-baths and up to a three-car garage.

As for the current seven floorplans offered by KB Home in the community, they start at around 1,700 square feet of living space, but there are also floorplans available with around 3,000 square feet of space. Buyers will find some split-level designs, with open kitchens, great rooms, and even some dens and lofts, depending on the floorplan.

You will also find some personalization options, including volume ceilings, optional kitchen islands, optional covered patios and even some different elevations with the different floorplans. This KB Home community includes some homes with pond, landscaped or preserve views.

It’s the lower number of added amenities in Coves of Estero Bay that helps to keep neighborhood fees lower, too. The gated community features a swimming pool and clubhouse, plus the advantage of no CDD fees.

The neighborhood sits close to major roadways and close to the dining, shopping, and entertainment venues of the Fort Myers River District. The location is also close to outdoor opportunities, including local golf courses, Estero Bay Preserve State Park, and Lakes Regional Park.

Coves of Estero Bay was the first development for KB Home in Lee County. Its first phase went up for sale a few years ago and was nearly sold out by fall of 2018.
