It may not actually be in Estero or even have any coves to speak of, but Coves of Estero delights buyers all the same. This new Fort Myers community sits just to the north of Island Park Road, with space for more than 200 single-family homes.

Shared amenities in the gated community include a swimming pool and cabanas. Lawn maintenance is also included with homes in this neighborhood.

As well, the neighborhood boasts relatively low HOA fees and no CDD fees. Buyers have their choice of nine different floor plans in Coves of Estero, typically ranging from around 1,300 to 2,600 square feet of living space.
