Construction is now underway at Coconut Cove, one of the newest gated communities to grace the area of South Fort Myers. With your selection of 47 single-family homes to choose from, the community offers seven floor plans of 1,800 square feet to 2,900 square feet in size. Constructed by Neal Communities, the private enclave of homes includes French Colonial and Island-style architecture, with some homes providing lake views and others showing the nearby preserve. Landscape maintenance is also included with some of the homesites and the residences are said to be energy efficient, with natural gas utilities. The low homeowner’s association fees help to fund the landscape maintenance, among other things for the neighborhood. The 10-acre site of Coconut Cove offers homes of three- to four-bedrooms, complete with two- to three-garage spaces. While some of the homes are being constructed as Quick-Delivery residences others are being built with buyer input into design and décor. To help with this Neal Communities has a full-service design studio set up in Bonita Springs. Located off Pine Road, just north of Breckenridge Golf & Tennis Club, the neighborhood also remains close to Estero and west of US 41. This gives residents easy access to outdoor recreation such as canoeing and kayaking along the Estero River, while also prime access to area beaches, allowing for a wealth of additional outdoor recreational pursuits. As well, Coconut Cove is also close to some of the region’s best dining and shopping options in both nearby Estero and in Fort Myers, offering an excess of options in one of the most desirable locations of the entire Southwest Florida region. The neighborhood is close to Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall and Gulf Coast Town Center, not to mention not far from extra recreation, such as the hockey games of Germain Arena.
