Options will range from one to two-stories, many of which will include lake or preserve views. With Italian-inspired design elements, the homes are customizable. Varying from 1,600 to upwards of 2,700 square feet, the homes are set to offer up to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths, plus a two car garage. The floor plans also call for a study or bonus room, giving prospective homeowners the lifestyle they need and want.
Constructed by Zuckerman Homes, the residences will include high ceilings, lush landscaping and energy saving design features. As well, you can expect to find granite countertops in the open kitchens, with some homes additionally offering a breakfast counter and pantry.
