Cape Coral New Construction Increasing

NBC-2 reports on the increase in the number of new homes under construction in Cape Coral.  Last month 26 building permits were issued in Cape Coral, following a whopping 35 in March 2011.  This March figure was the highest number of new permits in Cape Coral since August 2007. The master-planned gated Sandoval community is hotbed of new construction activity.  The upscale architecture of Sandoval, its location in SW Cape Coral, coupled with the extensive roster of amenities have proven to be a draw for this neighborhood. While new homes are under construction throughout Cape Coral, we remain bullish on neighborhoods featuring gulf access canals including the Yacht Club and Gold Coast neighborhoods.  New construction opportunities are available in both of  these boating-centric neighborhoods.   Here is a resource to view Cape Coral new construction listings.
