Cabana Resort Sales Off to a Smashing Start

Sales are off to a strong start at Cabana Resort in Bonita Springs. During the first week of pre-sales, developers of the new resort and entertainment mega-site sold 16 condos.

A couple dozen or so of the 100+ condos that make up Cabana Resort are already under contract. Some early owners have been able to take advantage of pre-construction pricing.

Buyers of the luxury condos have their choice of a two- or three-bedroom condo with plenty of high-end extras. While the smallest floor plan at Cabana commands more than 1,400 square feet of living space plus a lanai, the largest available floor plan includes around 2,200 square feet of living space plus an even larger lanai.

From quartz countertops to premium flooring and high ceilings, many of the luxury features are standard at Cabana. The spacious condos also include some outdoor living space.

In addition, the property offers a rooftop garden and social gathering areas. While the condos are certainly notable, It’s the entertainment offerings that developers are hoping will make Cabana into an eventual year-round destination in Bonita Springs.

The condo building is at the center of the Cabana Resort and Spa community, but it’s certainly not the only planned offering. The 25-acre property is bringing in shopping, dining, recreation and social opportunities.

Plans include multiple swimming pools at Cabana, plus a Lazy River and a Grand Food Hall. In addition, other amenities include meeting space and complimentary shuttle service.

Owners will also have exclusive beachfront access to a nearby Gulf island. As well, Cabana Resort will eventually offer such amenities as pickleball courts and a dog park.

Eventually, too, plans call for the property to include things such as a boutique hotel, convention space, spa services and more. You’ll find Cabana Resort right off Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.
