Is there a grassy knoll on Wall Street???
Here is a new one.........the stock brokerage industry has invented the real estate bubble to scare investors back into the stock market. This idea was put forth by Philadelphia Enquirer columnist Al Heavens.
I have no idea whether or not there is any truth to this rumor, but I do know that every time I move money out of the market and into a property I get the same real estate bubble lecture from my broker. A couple of my fellow investors have also been on the receiving end of this speech when they too moved some money out of the market.
I wonder if the brokerage firms preach this message to the troops during the pre-opening bell squawk box pump-up sessions that these firms hold each morning.
