Bonita Del Sol Coming to Bonita Springs
Bonita Springs is set to welcome a new community of single-family homes with the addition of Bonita Del Sol. Pulte plans to build nearly 250 new homes in Bonita Del Sol, along with some desirable community amenities.
Pulte recently close on the land for its new Bonita Springs community, which sits off Paradise Road, between Old US 41 and Imperial Parkway. The acreage was formerly the site of the Bonita Springs Golf and Country Club.
More than a dozen different home designs are possible, in both single- and two-story floorplans. The new, open concept homes are expected to include dining areas, gathering rooms, and covered lanais.
There are three homesite sizes that will be available to buyers within the new community, as well. New model homes in Bonita Del Sol are expected to go up later this year, with the first home sales launching in spring of next year.
Planned amenities in Bonita Del Sol include a swimming pool and cabana. Bonita Del Sol will also feature a 36-acre lake, as well as several other smaller lakes, and the advantage of no CDD fees. This means the possibility of water views from many of the future homes of Bonita Del Sol.
The new, Bonita Del Sol community sits within just a few miles of major retailers, shops, entertainment options, and area beaches, including Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. As well, it will offer easy access to Downtown Bonita Springs and Naples and be close to some I-75 interchanges for an easier commute around the rest of the region.
A couple of years ago, plans were released for redevelopment of the land which formerly housed the golf and country club. The area heavily flooded following Hurricane Irma several years ago, and plans were then hatched to help reduce the chances of more flooding in the future.
