This month, Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs opened a state-of-the-art fitness workout center and Spa called by fitness experts as one of the best and most advanced in the United States. Dubbed the Bonita Bay Lifestyle Center, it offers high-tech fitness amenities, like wide-ranging spa services and a golf-training studio for members who want to live healthier and improve their bodies. With a holistic approach helping residents live better, it is receiving rave reviews by lifestyles experts. The three-story building is located close to the Promenade; and plans for the future include a high-end spa and salon with treatment rooms, a sauna, and steam room; beauty services including haircuts, manicures and pedicures; multipurpose rooms designed for lectures, cards and social activities; a huge fitness facility; and a café to get a bite to eat and socialize with neighbors. The center will provide group fitness classes in Pilates, spinning, golf fitness and nutrition focusing on living a better and healthier life. The 60,000-square foot medical office building will also be home to several fitness-related small businesses, such as a dermatologist and a podiatrist. The building is located at 26800 U.S. 41 South, near the Bonita Bay community and north of the Promenade shopping center. The Bonita Bay Club has partnered with Lee Memorial and there are plans to build a healthcare village in the near future. Lee Memorial will open an office in Bonita Bay next month, with approximately 15 staff and physicians on-site. Its holistic approach translates to overall lifestyle improvements for residents focusing on reducing stress, and evaluating diet, activity level and physical condition. Health-related businesses will be tenants in the building, with attention to wellness and health services such as physical therapy and nutrition. The Bonita Bay Club has 2,000 golf, social and sports members. The medical office building backs up to Bonita Bay Club’s golf course. The project will expand later to replace the older fitness center with a tennis center, including stadium seating and a bistro. Here is a resource to explore Bonita Bay real estate opportunities.
