Bonavie Cove Open in Fort Myers

Another exciting new community of paired villas is now open in Fort Myers. Bonavie Cove currently has two decorated model homes open for prospective buyers to see, each including two-bedrooms, two-baths and a two-car garage.

Ranging from around 1,400 to 1,500 square feet in size, the model homes of Bonavie Cove also include covered lanais and flex rooms. Constructed by Mattamy Homes, each of the new paired villas in the community comes standard with such upscale features as granite kitchen countertops, paver drives and cement tile roofs.

The new construction designs also offer some opportunities for new buyers to customize the homes. When complete, the low maintenance community of Bonavie Cove will offer more than 230 paired villas, with prices starting in the low to mid $200,000s.

No matter which floor plan you choose, all residents of Bonavie Cove will have access to such community amenities as a clubhouse, fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool.
