Babcock National Coming to Babcock Ranch

A brand new golf and country club community is coming soon to one of the most talked about master-planned communities in Southwest Florida. Babcock National is the latest addition announced for Babcock Ranch; the nation’s first solar-powered town.
While the amenities of Babcock Ranch are already plentiful, the new Babcock National will center itself around a Gordon Lewis-designed, semi-private golf course. The 18-hole course joins a planned clubhouse, tennis center, swimming pool and fitness center.
Constructed by Lennar, the homes of Babcock National will sit just across Lake Babcock, on the northeast side of Founders Square. Homes here start priced in the $200,000s, with future options ranging from condos to coach homes, executive homes to some single-family estate homes.
All of the homes of Babcock National will maintain Lennar’s standard of “everything’s included”, making things commonly offered as upgrades in other homes standard features in the homes of this new community. This ranges from stainless steel appliances to quartz countertops and upscale cabinetry.
The new homes of Babcock National join a growing community of neighborhoods going up just northeast of Fort Myers in Babcock Ranch. Already, more than 250 new homes have sold in the greater community.
Babcock Ranch features designs from a select group of homebuilders, with more than 50 different options ranging from twin villas and townhomes to cottages and single-family homes. A majority of homes in the community are priced starting in the high $100,000s to around $1 million, allowing for plenty of options for prospective buyers.
The sustainable community of Babcock Ranch is also home to a neighborhood school plus a growing downtown area. In addition, the property offers a health and wellness center, a boardwalk, dining options and community gardens. The high-tech community is also working on adding autonomous vehicles, all with a focus on an environmentally conscious lifestyle.
