Allure High-Rise Launching Sales

Two brand new soaring high-rise luxury residential condo towers will soon come to the historic downtown Fort Myers River District---the first Fort Myers project of this grand size in 10 years! Named The Allure, the upscale condos will be located east of Edison Bridge on First Street. This will be an optimal opportunity for people to live downtown convenient to dining, shopping and a host of attractions. The Allure high-rises, formerly known as the Cypress Club, will be two 32-story towers on the riverfront with 300 luxury condos in all. Each condo will get two parking spaces per unit. Sales will begin this winter. The condos will rise up above the Fort Myers City Pier. Before the development of the new high-rise condos can break ground, the Miami-based developer will try to sell at least 60 percent of the residential units by running its sales center, model unit and office on the first floor of the Fort Myers City Pier. The city has a lease agreement with the developer for ten months, according to sources. Miami-based Jaxi Builders bought out the former developer of the Cypress Club and took over the project. Allure will be built in two phases entirely made up of upscale residential units in two spectacular towers. Jaxi Builders has garnered kudos from the industry. Jaxi Builders recently made the list of Top 25 homebuilders in the South Florida market based on housing starts for the year that ended June 2015, covering a 12-month period. In the past three years, the company has completed Bella Casa in Lee County, a community of 200 luxury condo residences in South Fort Myers. In addition, the company is expected to begin preconstruction sales in December of two, 40-unit condo buildings in the established, gated community of Majestic Palms in South Fort Myers.
