Bellagio at The Colony

Bellagio at the Colony features estate-sized homes within a waterfront, golf course setting. There are only 26 villas within Bellagio with Mediterranean-style architecture. Only a handful of preferred builders constructed the homes of Bellagio. It is part of a larger, golf course community developed by WCI. The homes include views of the lake, golf course or of waterfalls. Homes were built in the early 2000’s.

Amenities of living within Bellagio include access to the beach and a private beach pavilion. There is also an on-site golf course and tennis courts, as well as a fitness center and clubhouse. In addition, the community offers a biking and jogging path.

Bellagio is located on the northern side of The Colony Golf and Bay Club development, near the main gate. This community is in Bonita Springs, Florida, to the west of U.S. Highway 41. The neighborhood is between Bonita Beach Road and Corkscrew Road in Lee County.
