Bay Creek at Pelican Landing

Bay Creek at Pelican Landing features custom-built estate homes. Developed by WCI Communities, Pelican Landing is a guard-gated tennis, golf and boating community. Homes within Bay Creek offer views of the golf course, nature preserves, lakes and the creek. There are less than 35 single-family homes within the neighborhood. All of the homes were constructed between 1996 and 2005.

Amenities of living within Bay Creek include access to the tennis courts, clubhouse and fitness center. There is also private beach access within Pelican Landing, as well as a golf course, play area and community swimming pools. Membership is optional at Pelican Nest Golf Club and Pelican Isle Yacht Club.

Bay Creek is located along Bay Creek Drive in Lee County. This neighborhood is east of Estero Bay and to the west of U.S. Highway 41 in Bonita Springs, Florida. It is south of Coconut Road and north of Spring Creek.
