Altamont Park

Altamont Park is a neighborhood of single-family homes located in Old Fort Myers, adjacent to Downtown Fort Myers.  The community was originally developed in the 1920s when Thomas Edison and Henry Ford wintered in Fort Myers.  Many original homes remain in the community as well as some more recently built homes.  The neighborhood is located directly south of Downtown and residents enjoy walking to River District shopping, dining and entertainment venues.  Altamont Park is bounded by Victoria Avenue to the north, Forest Street to the east, Edison Avenue to the south and Euclid Avenue to the west.
