Allure is a high-rise condo development planned for a waterfront location in the Fort Myers River District. The project will have twin 32-story towers with frontage directly on the Caloosahatchee River. Allure will have a total of 292 units and be developed in two phases by Miami-based Jaxi Builders, who is also active in other Fort Myers communities including Bella Casa and Majestic Palms.
