The Yacht Club area was the first section of Cape Coral to be developed in the 1960s. This venerable neighborhood features an eclectic mix of vintage 1960s homes as well newer upscale luxury homes that have recently sprouted up in the area. The yacht Club area includes Units 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Main thoroughfares in the Yacht Club area include: Coronado Parkway; Lucerne Parkway; Driftwood Parkway and El Dorado Parkway.
