North Star Yacht Club

North Star Yacht Club is a resort-style marina community that is located on the North Shore of the Caloosahatchee River and the Intracoastal Waterway and was completed in 2007.  The development features twin 13-story waterfront high-rises sited on a twelve-acre park-like setting.   North Star Yacht Club features 184 units ranging in size from 1,900 SF to over 4,000 SF.  A key design feature of NSYC is that all units have southern-facing balconies and many include oversized outdoor terraces.  North Star was developed by CR Hancock Bridge, LLC and was constructed by BBL Construction Services.

North Star Yacht Club amenities include a 15,000 SF clubhouse with fitness center, meeting room, business center, theatre and concierge services.
