North Star Yacht Club

North Star Yacht Club is a resort-style marina community that is located on the North Shore of the Caloosahatchee River and the Intracoastal Waterway.

This luxury development, which was completed in 2007, features twin 12-story waterfront high-rises sited on a twelve-acre park-like setting.   North Star Yacht Club consists 170 units ranging in size from 1,757 SF to 2,457 SF. 

A key design feature of NSYC is that all units have southern-facing balconies and many include oversized outdoor terraces. Optional pool-side cabanas are available for purchase and include a kitchenette and bathroom and can serve as an additional guest room.  All condos come with two spaces in the parking garage.

North Star Yacht Club amenities include a 15,000 SF clubhouse with fitness center, meeting room, business center, theatre and concierge services. The community also features an Olympic sized pool, spa, tennis and a pet friendly walking park.   Boat slips are available to condo owners and can accommodate yachts up to 55 feet.
