Gator Circle
Gator Circle is a neighborhood of single-family homes located in the very Northeast corner of Cape Coral. Over the past few years, the Gator Circle community has seen a significant number of new homes and residents. The majority of the homes in this community are sited on quarter-acre lots.
The Gator Circle neighborhood is comprised of Cape Coral Unit 84, Unit 85, Unit 87 and Unit 88 and draws its name from the prominent street traversing these four Cape Coral units. The major thoroughfares that surround the Gator Circle neighborhood are Durden Parkway to the north, Garden Boulevard to the east, Jacaranda Parkway to the south and Andalusia Boulevard to the west.
Gator Circle residents enjoy the abundance of freshwater canals that meander through the neighborhood. Residents can fish, kayak and boat in these beautiful and peaceful waters. Gator Circle freshwater canals and lakes include: Alligator Slough; Eisenhower Canal; Olga Canal; Betty Canal; Romeo Canal; Ilia Canal; Robinson Canal; Interruption Canal; Iron Canal; Edelweiss Canal; Bronte Canal; MacArthur Canal; Scotty's Canal; Cosmonaut Canal; Albion Canal; Brother Canal; Petty Canal; Paxton Canal; Linda Canal; Lorri Canal; De Navarra Canal; Elli Canal; Bonnie Canal; Lori Canal; Shapiro Canal; Stafford Canal; Lewis Canal, Lou Canal; Moeller Canal; Dennis Canal; Mark Canal; Donald Canal; Blaine Canal and Mull Lake.
Gator Circle is located in Northeast Cape Coral off Del Prado Boulevard North and is accessed via Averill Boulevard.

Wow what a surprise to see an article about the Gator Circle neighborhood of Cape Coral in the News-Press this morning. Gator Circle was Cape Coral's poster child neighborhood for the real estate boom and subsequent bust.
