The Gator Circle neighborhood is comprised of Cape Coral Unit 84, Unit 85, Unit 87 and Unit 88 and draws its name from the prominent street traversing these four Cape Coral units. The major thoroughfares that surround the Gator Circle neighborhood are Durden Parkway to the north, Garden Boulevard to the east, Jacaranda Parkway to the south and Andalusia Boulevard to the west.

Gator Circle residents enjoy the abundance of freshwater canals that meander through the neighborhood. Residents can fish, kayak and boat in these beautiful and peaceful waters. Gator Circle is located in Northeast Cape Coral off Del Prado Boulevard North and is accessed via Averill Boulevard.
