Cape Coral Equestrian Communities

Cape Coral draws its heritage as recently as the 1950s as a ranching community in an era when cattle farming was the dominant industry. Today, while most of Cape Coral has been subdivided into single-family parcels, there remains at the fringes, some wonderful neighborhoods featuring over-sized lots with AG-2 zoning. Residents of these communities enjoy stabling horses on their property and exploring the endless miles of trails in the area.

Fort Myers is also home to some excellent communities with the appropriate zoning for stabling horses on your property. Many of these communities are in the more rural sections of the city west of I-75.
